Creating the life you want

At the begining of each year I like to put my goals on paper and collect them in a binder. This is the way I show the world what I want to bring into my life. Having a guide to help you think through that process would be awesome…

So guess what? We found a journal where you can build your dreams and start taking steps to live them out. Persmission to Dream   by Lisa Hammond.  As Lisa states “Believing in the impossible and affirming our intentions is an ongoing process.” I can’t agree with her more. Taking the time to affirm what you want in your life is something I strive to do weekly (daily if I am lucky). Lisa’s Journal has a section filled with quotes and questions to help guide you through the process of uncovering and visualizing your dreams. Each section has a pocket to tuck in photos or clippings to work with later.
